I'm a very passionate runner. I started as a member of the back of the pack and have worked my way up slowly and patiently. In 3 years I went from a 5:45 Marathon to a current 2017 and 2018 Boston Marathoner.
I love Running, Biking, Hiking, Swimming, and competing . I also love learning about health and nutrition.
